All products sold are hair extensions, wigs, bundles, closures and frontals. Due to the nature of these products, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order is placed.

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). We are not responsible for shipping delays, carrier issues, or incorecct addresses provided at checkout.
